Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid, insured shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Place the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and certificates of authenticity, then pack it securely within a secondary shipping carton.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided high-value shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at an authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.
Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt, our master watchmakers will inspect the timepiece to verify its condition; once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
